Refund policy

Our policy provides a 14 day deadline for returns. If 14 days have passed from the date of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its packaging, with the tag attached, as originally.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error.
*Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method.

Late or unpaid refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.

You change
We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to info@enis.it and you will be given all the information for sending the item.

Gifts
If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item has not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver has had the order sent to you for delivery in person, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the your return.

Shipping

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country, the time required for delivery of the replacement product may vary.
